Eat Till You Drop During Festive Season @ Grand Blue Wave Hotel Shah Alam

What a happy New Year without the joy and sweetness of the spirit to evoke the excitement of a new year, right !


To revive this spirit, the Grand BlueWave Shah Alam Hotel (GBWHSA) welcomes New Year's Eve 2020 with New Year's Hi-Tea at Royale Songket Restaurant with hi-tea with a variety of appetisers such as Open Faced Sandwich, Parade of Cold Seafood on Ice , Assorted Cheese Platter, Cold Cut Display, Seasonal Salad Bar & Vegetable Crudités, Caper Salad, Waldorf Baby Potato Salad, Italian Seafood Salad, and Orzo Pasta Salad with Roasted Baby Roma & Basil.


  

   

The main focus of hi-tea is the main course of food that will surely arouse your appetite such as Briyani Rice, Bamia Goat, Fish Curry, Japanese Tofu with Taukan, Steamed Chicken with Soy Sauce, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Vegetable Butter, Grill Foot Long Sausage, Mussel Au Gratin and Satay Pizza.



Next, guests can enjoy a selection of Western cuisine at Carving Station. The menu includes Prawn Skewer BBQ, Beef Wellington with Sauce and Sea-bass with Sauce Grill. Meanwhile, at the Live Action booth, guests can try Pasta with a selection of sauces.




For seafood lovers, you can try seafood on the Seafood on Ice section like Crab Stick and Mussel. There is also a Kid’s Corner corner serving Chicken Nugget and Mac n Cheese. Don't forget that the soup of the day was also my favourite, Cream of Chicken Chowder Soup and Cheese Bread Croutons.



A hi-tea session would not be complete without a variety of mouth-watering and pastries. This New Year's Hi-Tea offers a wide selection of mouth-watering desserts and pastries specially provided by the hotel's Pastry group. Among them are Pudding, Biscuits, Christmas Stollen, Fruit Cakes, French Pastries, Muffin, Tart, Yule Log, Caramel Popcorn, Chocolate Fountain, Ice Cream and Chocolate Soufflé.






The festive New Year's Hi-tea is held on January 1, 2020 (Wednesday) from 12 noon to 4:00 pm. The price is RM69.00 + per adult. In addition to New Year's Hi-Tea, Royale Songket Restaurant will also have a New Year's Eve Dinner by offering themed BBQ and Grill-themed dishes, Italian cuisine, and Malaysian favourites. New Year's Eve dinner costs RM95.00 + per adult and RM 47.00+ per child. It runs from 6.30pm to 10.30pm on Tuesday, December 31, 2019.
